This past weekend we celebrated the coming of age of South Africa’s favourite fruity drink Brutal Fruit Spritzer. Officially 21 years old, the brand was launched in 2002, making history as one of the very first spirit coolers in the South African Market. Introducing the new Brutal Fruit Spritzer Litchi Sèche
The perfect drink to celebrate every special moment, Brutal Fruit Spritzer signified its 21st birthday with the launch of a new variant – the Litchi Sèche – over some bubbly brunch at Summer Place in Hyde Park. The new Litchi Sèche (pronounced sessshhhhhh) is a delicious combination of sweet and tart litchi with a refreshing, dry finish. It’s the perfect drink for those who love a little bit of sweetness but don’t want an overly sweet drink. We toasted with the golden demi-sec refreshment with our MC Pamela Mtanga, Ayanda MVP, on the decks and were serenaded by vocalists Gina Mabaso and Dudu Makhoba.
The brand introduced the Open To Belong campaign to commemorate this milestone further. It’s here to invite all women into our world and show us that Brutal Fruit Spritzer is undoubtedly the drink of choice for elevating special moments with girlfriends.
