Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
By participating in this competition, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The competition is being run by JUST TRIMMINGS in collaboration with Jacobs Coffee.
2. Eligibility to Enter
- The competition is open to residents of South Africa only, aged 18 years and older.
- JUST TRIMMINGS employees, associates, and their immediate family members are excluded from the draw.
- By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded.
3. Competition Period
- The competition runs from 11 February 2026 to 15 February 2026.
- Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered.
- The lucky draw will take place on 16 February 2026.
4. How to Enter
To qualify, participants must:
- Follow Just Trimmings on Instagram.
- Under the competition post, tag your Valentine, the person you’ll be sharing a cup of Jacobs with this month. This can be a partner, a friend, a family member, or someone special in your life you can “find your wonderful” with.
- Repostthe competition post to spread the love.
Failure to complete all required steps may result in disqualification.
5. The Prize
One winner will receive a Jacobs Coffee hamper valued at R1,000, including:
- 3 x Jacobs 200g Coffee Jars (Gold, Krönung, and Latin America)
- Barista Crema Coffee Beans
- Branded Mugs
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
JUST TRIMMINGS reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control require doing so.
6. Winner Selection and Announcement
- The winner will be randomly selected by the publication.
- The winner will be contacted by Jacobs’ PR agency via direct message and/or the contact details provided.
- JUST TRIMMINGS will make two attempts to contact the winner.
- If the winner does not respond within 12 Hours of the second contact attempt, they will forfeit the prize, and a new winner may be selected.
- The winner may be announced on JUST TRIMMINGS’ website and/or social media platforms.
7. Delivery of the Prize
- Prizes will be delivered within 14 working days after confirmation.
- One delivery attempt will be made. If the recipient is unavailable or fails to respond, the prize will be forfeited.
- If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery or fails to respond to delivery communication, the prize will be forfeited.
8. Data Protection and Publicity
- By entering, you consent to JUST TRIMMINGS using your personal information for the purpose of administering the competition, in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
- If required, the winner agrees to the publication of their name and participation for promotional purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
JUST TRIMMINGS accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
10. General
JUST TRIMMINGS reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
