Open to the public from Friday, 30 January to Sunday, 01 February 2026, the Nespresso Summer Pop-Up drew steady crowds throughout the weekend. Guests explored a range of interactive experiences, from iced coffee tastings to fitness-led moments, all designed to celebrate the evolving iced coffee trend in South Africa.

The experience reflected a growing appetite for lifestyle-driven brand activations that go beyond product sampling, offering moments that feel social, energising and shareable.

The Coffee Run & Rave That Had Sandton Moving

One of the weekend’s standout highlights was Saturday’s Coffee Run & Rave, hosted in partnership with Vault Strength Club (VSC). The fitness-led experience blended movement and music with iced coffee culture, creating a high-energy morning ritual that captured the spirit of summer.

By merging fitness culture with coffee, Nespresso tapped into a new kind of wellness narrative, one where social connection, physical movement and flavour coexist.
