Inside the 2025 Good Life Show: A Cape Town Showcase of Sustainable Innovation
What You Missed (or Loved!) at the Good Life Show 2025
Why the Good Life Show Sets the Standard for Sustainable Lifestyle Events
The Good Life Show, held at the Cape Town International Convention Centre from 30 May to 1 June 2025, once again affirmed its status as Southern Africa’s premier showcase for sustainable and future-forward consumer trends. With an exceptional turnout and a dynamic programme, the event successfully brought together a broad variety of industry stakeholders, ranging from exhibitors and suppliers to chefs, wellness experts, and thought leaders, creating an energetic hub for both business-to-business and consumer engagement, brand elevation, and product visibility.

The Good Life Show was a fantastic opportunity to witness the incredible progress in plant-based and sustainable cooking and products. As a media company, it was invaluable for us to connect with innovative products, suppliers, and emerging voices within the sustainable and eco-friendly food and drink sector, both for our magazine and in preparation for the upcoming SA Chef Conference & Expo. The event gave us a chance to engage with the latest trends and conversations shaping the industry today. One of the standout highlights was the Woolworths Good Life Kitchen with Eat Well where we saw first-hand how far chefs have come in crafting beautiful, delicious plant-based dishes.

Over the three days, the show welcomed hundreds of enthusiastic and highly engaged attendees, including the public, food service professionals, retailers, wellness entrepreneurs, and product developers, all eager to connect with pioneering brands focused on plant-based, organic, natural, ethical, and sustainable solutions. The atmosphere throughout the venue and weekend was vibrant, with overwhelmingly positive feedback from both trade visitors and the public.
