Masandi has followed up his label-debut single iThemba with a stunning visual companion directed by Monde Dube. The song is an uplifting declaration of one’s hope pushing past the pain – a timely anthem to motivate South Africans, to end the year on a high note.
Speaking about the direction of the video, Dube has said, “I worked closely with Masandi to let the song speak for itself while introducing him in different settings. We also added dancers to tell the story of his single – through movement.”
Masandi adds, “I hope everyone who hears iThemba and sees the music video feels inspired to keep going, no matter what. I’m excited to release more music in the future and this single is just a taste of what’s to come.”
