Dtjoh hitmaker DJ Citizen Deep has officially dropped his latest single from his up-and-coming album titled ARCADE 2. An intro into what is expected to turn the afro-tech scene on its head, the focus single is titled Umhlaba Wakho. It features Amapiano’s rising star Nkosazana Daughter and dance music vocalist Azana, who further engrave the soulfulness of the sound.

Composed of a fusion of afro-tech, dance and soul, ARCADE 2 is made up of 11 tracks. It features Afro-soul singer Afro traction, Amapiano singer Jessica LM and Vernotaile.

When asked how it was working with Nkosazana Daughter & Azana, Citizen Deep said, “Both Azana and Nkosazana are friends and the chemistry between them in the creative space is electric! These two young ladies never miss. Working with them was a delight, they’re open to trying out new ideas, which made the creation process smooth and fun.”

DJ Citizen Deep‘s love for music has seen him grow in leaps ad bounds over the past years. Since he started producing music, he has released a series of successful EPs such as:

Citizen Deep and the 1st ARCADE

In June 2021, he released his first studio album titled ARCADE. The album features seasoned artists, producers and talented vocalists, such as:

The project was inspired by him having finally found the signature sound that has allowed him to push his creativity to new heights as he made music that his followers can enjoy in a variety of environments.

There is so much to expect from the project. ARCADE 2 has 12 collaborations with some of the killer collaborations with Afrotraction, DJ Terance and Josiah De Disciple just to mention a few, said Citizen Deep.
